Terms and Conditions

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange.  Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have the tags still on them.  All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of  Maya’s Favorites.  All items on sale in the product description may not be returned, for they are FINAL SALE ITEMS.

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  In order to return an item, you must email returns@mayasfavorites.com to be pre-approved for return! All returns require RMA# or the package will be refused.
